Shipping policy

Opening the shipment prior to payment is not permitted.

For Cash on delivery shipment, partial payment for orders is not permitted.

Delivery fees are calculated on check out according to shipping zone and weight of package.

Unpaid orders are shipped only after customer confirmation.

Orders placed after 12:00 pm are shipped the next working day.

For international orders, customs and duties charged by local governments are not included in our shipping fees.

During store working hours, store pick-up orders are ready for pick up, two hours after placing the order and valid for two days duration.
